On the road: York

Last month I had the pleasure of covering an event in York.

As a working photographer, I find I rarely get the time to explore the areas I am sent to. 

For example, last year I was sent to York to cover another event and I literally parked my car, headed to the venue, did the job and then went home – and I was there for a good 5-6 hours.

So I made the most of the opportunity this time, took advantage of the late sunset and took a couple of hours in the evening to see what the city had to offer.
